Key type fireproof safe! Can store A4 size items. The effective lifespan of a fireproof safe is 20 years after manufacture. While fireproof safes are often thought to last indefinitely, the moisture in the aerated concrete used as fireproof material can evaporate over long-term use, reducing its fire resistance. The Japan Safe Association recommends replacing fireproof safes every 20 years as a guideline for security review. Delivery notes: Safes under 40kg will be delivered to the first floor only. Safes over 41kg will be delivered to the vehicle only. Delivery to the second floor or higher is not possible even with an elevator.
